| Name: Conner, Sara Room Number: F3 Doctor: Wilson, James E. The patient suffers from severe amnesia, a result of a car accident five years ago. The patient was riding with her cousin, Daniel Rould, and was struck in the passenger side. Her parents were in the other car involved in the accident and died on the scene. As she is an orphan and her only living relative is unable to care for her, the patient is currently a ward of state. The trauma of the crash and losing her parents has caused the patient to reinvent her past into an almost fantasy-like story. The patient believes she was trapped in a white castle, held hostage by an Organization of Thirteen, and rescued by a boy with a key. The patient also believes she is a shadow of an imaginary girl named "Kairi". The patient's fantasy past correlates with the delusion shared by her cousin, who was also admitted into Landels. The patient also suffers from survivor's guilt and blames herself for several fictional deaths and incidents. The patient is cooperative and nonviolent, however, take care not to further her delusions. |
